Currently these plans, which include about 30 pages of building and site details, are submitted for the second round of review within various City and County departments after the first round of feedback received. (First set of plans were submitted Mid December 2024 for review and approval after Bhajan Board of Directors approved the designs in November 2024)
After City & County reviews and final approvals are gained, we will complete Structural Metal Engineering specifications and footer specifications based on the recently completed soil bores on the building site. Public hearing on a county drainage tile (line) is set for May 8, 2025, which will determine the fate of an existing storm drainage line (BADIAC DRAIN) along the front of the property and allow for the completion of the site plans (Diagram B) once a determination is made by the Drainage Board of Directors. (Approximately 2 weeks remain)
After completion of Structural Metal Engineering and footer specifications the construction prints will be completed. (Approximately 4-6 weeks of scheduling and work)
The completed construction prints will be submitted to the State of Indiana for review and approval. (Approximately 4-6 weeks review time)
Obtain estimates on construction using construction prints (2-6 weeks)
Set Meeting with Bhajan Board of Directors to present bids.
